BACKGROUND & RATIONALE* Africa’s greatest resource is its people. Yet millions lack access to globally recognized competency certification, quality training, and economic pathways. *VISION 5400 REVOLUTION* was created to solve this at scale. By leveraging grassroots leadership, education, and partnerships, we will activate a continent-wide movement that recruits, trains, and certifies students and professionals through the *Global Competency Assessment Test - GCAT*. This is not just about exams. It is about building 5400+ leaders who will drive knowledge, skills, and wealth creation across 54 African nations. *2. THE BIG PICTURE: THE 100 x 100 MODEL* The strategy is simple, scalable, and exponential. *Phase 1: Foundation* Recruit and activate *100 Unique Partners in each African Country*. *Phase 2: Multiplication* Each of those 100 partners then recruits *100 more Unique Partners* in their nation. *Result:* Exponential growth of leaders, educators, and recruiters driving education and competency across Africa. *3. Dr. Adekunle Azeez Badmus* to equip all partners with strategy, tools, and messaging. 4. *Impact:* Certify thousands of students, create jobs, and build a network of competent, globally competitive Africans. *5.
