PURPOSE & VALUES* 1.1 We exist to *Heal, Lead, and Transform* through kindness, empathy, and purpose. 1.2 Every member is expected to uphold *Respect, Integrity, Love, and Service* at all times. *2. MEETING CONDUCT* 2.1 *Punctuality:* Sessions hold *Every Wednesday by 5:00pm WAT | 7:00pm EAT / Turkish Time* on TheSparkHubs. Join 5 minutes early. 2.2 *Dress & Appearance:* Be presentable. Camera on is encouraged to build connection. 2.3 *Muting:* Mute your mic when not speaking to avoid distractions. 2.4 *Participation:* Engage respectfully. Raise hand or use chat before speaking. *3. COMMUNICATION & CONTENT* 3.1 *Kindness First:* No insults, hate speech, bullying, or political/religious arguments. 3.2 *Confidentiality:* What is shared in _Mind Surgery_ and coaching circles stays in the room. 3.3 *No Promotion:* No unsolicited business, money schemes, or external links without admin approval. 3.4 *Positive Sharing:* Members are encouraged to share testimonies, insights, and positive content daily. *4.
