LEADERSHIP & STRATEGY* 1. *Respect the Chain of Command*: All activities must align with directives from the Global Security Cluster leadership led by _Col. Michael Gbenga Oshin (Rtd.)_. 2. *Be Solution-Oriented*: Bring ideas, strategies, and action plans. No complaints without solutions. 3. *Confidentiality*: Security strategies, community data, and operational plans discussed are strictly confidential. No sharing outside approved channels. 4. *Professional Conduct*: Represent the Cluster with integrity at all times. Your character is part of the security framework. *2. COMMUNITY AWARENESS* 5. *Active Participation*: Attend _“Let’s Talk Security”_ sessions every week. Be present, be engaged, take notes, and implement. 6. *Educate Responsibly*: When sharing information in your community, ensure it is accurate, factual, and aligned with the Cluster’s position. No rumors, no fear-mongering. 7. *Civic Responsibility*: Promote law, order, and civic duty in your community.
