Membership & Conduct* 1.1 All members must uphold the values of *integrity, respect, inclusion, and service to humanity*. 1.2 Discrimination based on race, religion, gender, ethnicity, or social status is strictly prohibited. 1.3 Members must represent Global Clusters professionally in all physical and digital engagements. *2. The SparkHubs Platform* 2.1 All SparkHubs must be used for *skills development, digital learning, innovation, and community empowerment* only. 2.2 Idleness, misuse, or activities that contradict the mission of the movement are not allowed. 2.3 Hub managers are responsible for maintaining order, security, and proper record-keeping of activities. *3. SabiFicate Revolution* 3.1 All training and educational content must promote *AI literacy, technology adoption, critical thinking, and innovation*. 3.2 Members are encouraged to share knowledge and mentor others to ensure no one is left behind. 3.3 Plagiarism and misinformation are prohibited. All content must be credible and verifiable. *4. Sustainable Partnerships* 4.1 Agricultural and community projects must follow *sustainable, ethical, and environmentally friendly practices*. 4.2 Women’s empowerment programs shall be prioritized and protected with zero tolerance for exploitation. 4.3 All partnerships must align with the goals of *community security, food security, and economic growth*. *5. Finance & Accountability* 5.1 All funds, donations, and resources must be used transparently for approved projects only. 5.2 Regular reports must be submitted by cluster leads and project managers. 5.3 No member shall use the name of Global Clusters for personal gain or unauthorized fundraising. *6. Communication & Branding* 6.1 Only authorized officers may speak on behalf of Global Clusters to media, government, or international bodies. 6.2 All publications, flyers, and digital posts must carry approved branding and messaging. 6.3 Confidential information of the organization and partners must not be disclosed. *7. Discipline* 7.1 Violation of these rules may lead to *warning, suspension, or expulsion* from the movement. 7.2 All disputes shall be resolved through the cluster leadership and Global Secretariat in a peaceful and lawful manner. *8.
